Timo Rein is the CEO and Co-founder of Pipedrive, a sales CRM software provider. Under Timo’s helm, Pipedrive has become one of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. In August 2016, the company was ranked No. 204 on the Inc. 5000 list with three-year sales growth of 1,894 percent.Timo founded Pipedrive in 2010. The software give salespeople the control and confidence to manage complex selling processes in which the sales cycle is long and many people are involved. Timo and his team designed Pipedrive on a proven selling framework that gives salespeople visibility into their sales pipeline and guides them to complete key activities that consistently push deals to close.

Timo brought together a few friends in engineering and sales to create an easy-to-use, activity-based sales pipeline tool designed for the needs of his own business. This was the genesis of Pipedrive. The company now has over 30,000 small business users worldwide mainly due to positive word-of-mouth. Pipedrive also has a strong vote of confidence from investors and has raised $13.4M in venture capital funding.
