Jim Steele joined after a remarkable 12-year run at Salesforce, where he helped it to grow from $25 million to more than $4 billion in revenue. Jim brings more than 35 years of business experience with some of the industry’s biggest players. In his 12-plus years at Salesforce, he held the positions of president of worldwide sales and operations and most recently chief customer officer. Prior to his tenure at Salesforce, Jim served as executive vice president of worldwide sales at Ariba and in a variety of executive roles at IBM, including four years in Japan as VP/GM of sales for Asia Pacific and VP/GM of North America-Western Area.
