About this nominee:

I’m nominating Frank Tumminia as he’s achieved more in the first 32 years of his life than most successful individuals will ever achieve in their entire lives. He’s worked at QGenda for almost 4 years and has managed to lead a sales team which hits quota every single year despite the fact that the quota has increased 100% every year. He works relentlessly every day to ensure our team is doing everything possible to exceed expectations. On top of all his insane workload and travel schedule Frank has 5 sons and somehow manages to be a huge part of their lives. He’s truly a role model to all. – BR

Frank has grown his sales team from two to 50 and more recently has fulfilled his vision of shifting the sales process from a transactional, mid-market approach into a segmented sales process with tailored messaging to both mid-market and enterprise. Frank’s team has exceeded their ambitious quota in each of his first three years as head of sales resulting in 360% growth in revenue. In June 2016, QGenda received a substantial investment from Francisco Partners. He oversees all day-to-day sales operations and metrics to ensure his team is firing on all cylinders. – JT
