An icon in the sales, marketing and CRM space, Bruce Culbert is a charismatic leader whose celebrated career includes over 20+ years in executive positions with IBM, BearingPoint, KPMG and As Principal Partner and Chief Service Officer at The Pedowitz Group, Bruce drives the global consulting and services side of the business, where he continues to build the service delivery practice. Bruce’s mantra is customer-centricity and consistently executing on best practices to deliver value to clients. He is known for his integrity, transparency and ability to inspire others.

Bruce was one of the early adopters of CRM and has made a successful career helping others leverage tools to successfully navigate today’s buyer-driven market. He is described as an e-Commerce visionary by Forrester Research and CRM Magazine recognizes him as “One of the 20 Most Influential People in CRM.” Bruce was named one of the Top 50 Most Influential in Sales Lead Management for the last two years. He currently serves on the boards of several emerging technology companies focused on areas such as SaaS, Cloud computing and social networking.

His guidance has helped companies increase their ROI and have turned marketing departments from content to revenue producers. He makes sure customers are always serviced properly and get the results they want.
